• Deliver RCM process and new-hire training

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing
• Understanding of AR, Denials, Payment Posting, Charge Entry, Billing, Eligibility or other RCM functions
• Experience in SME / Team Lead / Process Coach / Training roles
• Communication, presentation and coaching skills
• Ability to conduct new-hire, refresher and process training
• Ability to identify knowledge gaps and provide floor coaching
• Understanding of quality, productivity, SLA and process metrics
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
