Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline
• Freshers are eligible to apply
• BBA, MBA-HR or MSW qualification is preferred but not mandatory
• HR or recruitment internship experience is an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and email communication
• Good coordination, multitasking and time-management abilities
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and HR operations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephone or HR screenings
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Understand recruitment requirements from hiring teams
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily reports
• Follow up with candidates about interviews, offers and joining formalities
• Develop a candidate pipeline for present and future vacancies
• Assist with onboarding, documentation and employee induction
• Support recruitment coordination and everyday HR operations
