Key Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of ERP Finance modules and business processes.
• Assist in financial transactions, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
• Support ERP implementation, configuration, and testing activities.
• Assist with financial data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Understand business requirements and support documentation.
• Work with senior consultants to resolve functional issues and support end users.
• Participate in client meetings, training sessions, and project activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance concepts.
• Understanding of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) is an added advantage.
• Interest in learning ERP systems such as SAP FICO, Oracle Fusion Financials, or Oracle EBS Finance.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.

Eligibility

Recent or fresh graduates passionate about finance, accounting, and ERP technologies; qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / BBA Finance or equivalent; experience: 1 Year +.
